This USO is very friendly, very clean, and it offers amazing services. This is someplace where, as a female USAF retiree, I feel completely safe here. Very comfortable, plus always friendly and inviting.

I enjoy my use of the USO however, I've found out in NC Charlotte and Raleigh my disability VA card isn't accepted as an ID of being a Veteran. Signs are posted in these USO's. The furniture and food and beverage donations are clearly stated for all who served.

Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of snack items and beverages for visitors. TV, computers, lounge chairs for your pleasure. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was that on one visit I arrived at 2AM with an 8AM connecting flight... the place was full to capacity. I had to wait/sleep in the baggage claim area with other travelers (which was very unsafe).

Great staff and have what you need food. Relaxing , quiet, and friendly.

It's open 24/7. I slept here to catch my early flights. Very convenient.

Friendly staff welcomed me and offered food, drink and a place to relax. It was amazing. Wish it wasn't outside security. Make it a bit harder to drop in and then head back out to next gate. Nevertheless, thankful to have them.

Great place for service members and their family members to go and relax while at RDU... Only downfall is that it is OUTSIDE of TSA Security, so if you have a connecting flight be sure to take into account the time needed to get your complimentary TSA body X-ray and cavity search

Everyone here was so helpful when our flight got cancelled! We were so thankful for the snacks, comfortable recliners, and wifi!

Nice, clean and quiet place to relax before your flight. Staff was very polite and helpful. If you need to sleep before your flight they will accommodate you with a blanket and pillow to rest before you depart. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The volunteers were lovely when we dropped off homemade treats for the service members and their families. The facility had sleeping recliners, hot food made by volunteers, and plenty of snacks. There is a children's play area and a computer room for adults.

This is such a woderful place and i never knew it was there. The volunteers make you feel right at home. There have wonderful over stuff chairs and plenty of food,snack and drinks. If you are military active or retired this is the place to be if you have a lay over. I cant thank then enough for all they do.

Always a great place for service personnel on their travels. Food, drinks, tv and computers are available. Love the USO!

I have been here many times, what I am going out, or waiting for someone to come in. It's in kind of a weird location oh, but it's a great space very comfortable, and a very friendly staff on hand always. Snacks and drinks are plentiful. Has a computer lab, restrooms oh, that's so great recliners to rest in.

It was good, your average USO I appreciate what they do for the service members and the continued support

Staff is always friendly, elder/Retired Soldiers and spouses love helping Soldiers. They always have fresh coffee and ready snacks, + amenities for showers and shaves. Ready with WiFi and relaxing chairs. The place is one of the top USOs I've visited across the country, not for size, but for quality.

I cannot say enough good things about this USO. I have stopped there twice. Both times, everything was wonderful. The volunteer staff was helpful and friendly as well. The first time was with my wife and kids. We were able to get a snack and rest for a bit before tackling airport security for our flight out.The last time I stopped, I was coming back into Raleigh. I had not slept well for days and had a couple hours before my wife would be picking me up. I was so tired I passed out in a chair immediately. I woke to my wife calling and letting me know she had arrived, so I had to leave quickly.I felt bad for not taking the time to give a "thanks!" to everyone there, so this is my way of attempting to atone for my earlier oversight.

Treated me like family. Insisted I eat and relax. Best thing for the weary traveling military person.

Comfortable set-up for relaxing & overnight sleeping. Great snack selection. Clean restrooms (no showers). Very helpful, friendly gentleman at reception.

Such awesome people! The people here are very friendly and always willing to give a helping hand! They made sure my family and I were properly fed during our travels.

They were amazing and so nice. Fed us with enough snacks to feed an army (ha); were sweet to the kids, and the kids got some energy out. We didn't get the chance to use the huge, fluffy armchairs, but they looked nice.

I just want to say, Thank you so very much for the gratitude you showed to my son this morning (12/07/2017). He was thrilled that they had so much food, and that he was able to eat whatever he wanted, and how much he wanted. He was surprised that you guys offered pillows & blankets & games for them. We have been to many airports with USO, and this one in particular is THE best! Also, to the wonderful people that work there for their outstanding support. You guys made him feel welcomed. So, once again, Thank you & I truly appreciate the USO!!

Great place for troops to get a snack and relax while waiting for their flights. Volunteers are attentive and really care. Staff is active and ensures Everything is functioning properly.

Great place to kill time. Volunteers are very friendly and supportive. I try to stop everytime departing from RDU.

I needed to rest and it was comfortable, quiet and everyone was great.....

Probably the nicest USO I’ve been in. It is conveniently located right outside security. I had a super early morning flight and got to the airport late. They were so nice and got me set up with a sleeping pad, blanket, & pillow. They had a full array of snacks set out and all the toiletries you could need available in the bathrooms. They asked what time I needed a wake up and came by and woke me up at just that time and even though it was 3:30 am, they had fresh coffee made. Very kind volunteers making everyone feel welcome and taken care of. I would choose this over a hotel for any early flight out of RDU. Thank you for this wonderful service to military and their families!

One of the best kept secrets in the RDU Airport for eligible service members, veterans and their families. Excellent and comfortable chairs and volunteer staff is super helpful. Lots of food and drink for all age and service categories. Close to security so one can hang out as long as you want to.

One of the best USOs I have ever visited. Staff is always exceptionally helpful and the place is well stocked with lickies and chewies.

This is a great uso. They have lots of big reclining chairs plenty to eat and very kind staff. They saved our buts when our flight got canceled.

The RDU USO is a cozy, comfortable, and friendly respite from the regular airport terminal hubbub.

The staff at the USO sre so great, they take good care of everyone here. The snacks and food and drinks are plentiful. Comfy recliners to sleep in and a place to store luggage.
